emagged shuttles should unscrew all chairs when launched/throw EVERYTHING on shuttle

when an emergency shuttle is emagged, it should give some sort of message about "The propulsion safety system malfunctions!" and when the shuttle gets launched, it should fling everyone and everything on the shuttle backwards (including chairs even if they are screwed) with additional force
