Upgrade the voting machine!

I think the voting machine is a pretty neat meta-feature, especially with the little stickers it prints when you manually cast a vote in game. It would be cool to see its functionality expanded. Maybe using the comms console or announcement computer, a head could initiate a poll that would last a few minutes. People could then use the voting machine to submit their answer/ballot, and the results would be sent back to the console or announced over the radio.
