minor gimmicky wiz spells

what if wiz had some spells that were kinda just fun to use? stuff that maybe wasnt directly offensive or defensive or anything, but just more fun/gimmicky (maybe as a way to add some more fun variety to wiz antags and to make friendly wizards a bit less bluh to be in a round with) - credit to pali theyre just tired so im making the thread

ideas that have been had:

Loud Voice - when cast everyone who can hear on the station z level hears you talk with BIG font for a short time
Minor Illusion - when cast on an object makes a duplicate object that has none of the stats of the illusioned object, and disappears after a little while 
Summon Wisps - summon a bunch of little glowing critters that move around (and follow people?) for a short while 
Race Randomiser - sets the mutantrace of everyone thats not the caster into a random mutantrace on a list (skeletons, cockroaches, squids, martians, monkeys, lizards)
Paint Party - paints everything it can in a certain radius (including? excluding? the caster) a (random? from a list? just one? selected?) color
