Just a heads up for those of you interested and unfamiliar with GmodRP:
This particular RP script has some pretty in-depth commands for certain actions (such as Civil Protection players using voice lines from HL2)
Pressing F1 once you've created a character will open a quick menu for various emotes/other quick commands.
Pressing F2 can give door ownership, mostly used for the apartments block.
By default the script doesn't give players building/spawn privileges, you'll have to ask Hokie or another admin to give you the appropriate flags.
