Remove hiding under tables from monkeys

Might even be a good idea to just make it so monkies can only climb tables by themselves with a small timer as opposed to needing a partner to do so, and are always above tables, this removes the ability for monkey players to zip around like nerds.

This seems like a winning solution. I'd like to see monkeys retain the ability to scramble around tables, without it being too over-powered. Note that all critter players can hide under tables though.
