Major Multiple Speed Injectors stop working entirely

I just had a round where I bought 3 speed injectors so I could inject groups of people. At some point after using all 3 and reloading them they all broke. I could load DNA injectors into them but when I stabbed them into people it would say that I stabbed, but nothing happened. Then I tried to load more injectors but I couldn't. I'm not sure when exactly the bug occurred but I'm guessing it had something to do with using all 3 before they went into effect or something like that.

Also, there is a very very minor bug where after injecting someone you can't slot in a new dna injector until the 10 seconds of passed for the old one to take effect, but that's not nearly so important.
