I think something like the Questionable Ideas thread is a step in the right direction. Not every idea is big or fleshed out enough to warrant a thread, but still important enough not to sink into a distant Discord chatlog. Something like an idea workshop where you dump a bunch of unbaked thoughts on the table and, as a loving family, come together and see if anything is worth baking.
That, and a periodic idea ranking thing, the sort of thing that's like a forum poll, but you you also get, like, un-votes that subtract a point? I dunno, I saw something like that a while back somewhere and I thought it was cool. Not to, like, demand the coders work on certain features over others, but like to have more of a metric of stuff we think is worth fleshing out and fostering a toxic hierarchy of idea lords with the highest idea score.
