I think the tags like the bug forum are a very good idea. The tags would help prevent scope creep, since inflating a tweak to a whole new mechanic that would be way harder to program wouldnt be as justifiable. This would mean small ideas would be more likely to stay small, and as a result, more likely to be implemented by people who wouldn't be interested in coding a bunch of hell scripts for a similar idea.
