Minor Char Setup preview failing to load (most) colors

Aside from skin tone, the preview doll in character setup seems to fail to display any selected colors correctly. Hair layers on previously saved characters will sometimes look as they should, but if you touch the style or colors then it'll default to displaying a flat black. This seems to affect hair, boxers, and eyes. It has no effect on how you ultimately appear ingame.
