Give us the ability to use a knife in the bar to play THIS:

It's like Russian Roulette but with stabbing, and make it so if you fuck up a bit, you take some brute damage, and if you fuck up a LOT your arm comes off with the message "Person X misses the beat and cuts off their WHOLE ARM! OH SHIT!"
