Sec pass already exists

Could just add it to their notes like pda code for traitor

It would be great if this code is already set for Security guards, rather then the player having to manually enter it at round-start.
When you buy a new ROBUST-cart for a PDA, the code needs entered manually. Sec-boys would have the code in their notes, other players would have to use packet magic to get it.

- Tickets and fines (...) get added to someone's security record when printed, if it exists.
