That has been bugging me for a long while, so i decided to post that here.
Not too sure who own the website, but :

When you look at a ticket's reason or "issued to", apostrophes shows up as '
Plz fix if possible

EDIT : Drats, the forum ironically parsed it correctly. it's &.#.3.9.; without the dots.
