- Add a program to PDA's that is essentially a message board.
- Most users can create a thread, or post in threads.
- Posts have 140 character limit, threads are autolocked after 10 posts, and a max of 5 threads can exist at a time. Making a new thread after that auto deletes the oldest thread
- Heads can delete posts and threads, as well as sticky them.
- Toggle notifications for new threads, posts in threads you made, and posts in threads you posted in, or any new post
