Trivial "You are no longer a mindslave" message appearing.

I was absorbed by a ling, then the ling was killed. Then I went to the afterlife bar, then when I died in the afterlife bar I got the "You are no longer a mindslave" message. despite being a) already dead, and b) never have been a mindslave in the first place.

I'm assuming this has to do with at some point the host giving me control of the body and or summoning me as a handspider.
