To be fair, a lot of things players can do are unrealistic.

For example assistants doing bullet removal surgery, removing and replacing arms. Also weilding your arm stump to stop the bleeding, and then putting an arm back on with no ill effects. Or surviving in space with a oxygen tank and a flimsy orange spacesuit.
