Space pod ID scanner

ID scanners. Similar to pod locking mechanisms.
1. Print an ID scanner at a ship fabricator.
2. Use your card on the ID scanner.
3. Install the ID scanner in your pod.
You can toggle it by entering the pod and pressing a button.

Could also have them set to require a certain access, i.e. you'd need access to the sec podbay to use a sec pod.
