Flashes

The one criticism I can make of flashes is that they never burn out when you spam that hideously annoying AoE function where everybody nearby is temporarily blinded but not stunned.

No idea what you mean by AoE, but that thing you mentioned should definitely burn out by clicking on it. It IS annyoing as shit.

AoE = Area of Effect meaning it applies to everybody nearby.
