I dont hate bees.
I fear them.
I know what they are, what they can do.
They are unfeeling killing machines.
A clowder of space bees can turn one moment from a smiling group of cute little friends into a swarm of biting, stinging, grinning killers, able to kill a spaceman in mere moments.
And even when they're the party of happy buzzing buddies, time starts to slow down to accommodate their presence. we all suffer for their own existence.
They are a terrible force of destruction.
Grinning and bobbing all the while.
As we praise them.
And kiss them.
And tuck them into bed as we call them:
A good bee.
