Forced to Click After Using An Ability

I've had this issue ever since the ability hud changed. Every time i use an ability, exactly ten seconds after selecting a target, the game acts as if I've clicked. This makes playing as a changeling or werewolf a little tedious as it takes two attempts to absorb dna and feasting as a werewolf is made 100% impossible.

Note: I do have click buffer on and I have not yet tested without click buffer.
