Let us discuss the concept of Antagonist AI.

No to borgs getting module changes but otherwise I like this. Borgs are capable of causing quite a lot of havoc with their tools as it is!

Also I like malfunctioning AIs being an actual round type.

It might be cool if Antag AI could get a vaguely human body with a borg frame and synthflesh ala the old fleshy borgs. They could run around pretending to be human and only get noticeable when people notice that they're both very durable and their metal bits get exposed like terminators.
