That and being able to reset various parts of the VR area, such as the Thunderdome and race track, would be really fun. Naturally, it should have full view over VR, much like a ghost would, but would also be able to physically manifest as an avatar, a bit like how a wraith can.

The easiest thing to implement would probably just be an AI Command to enter VR as an AI avatar, the same as when you're putting on VR Goggles. The whole control aspect would probably be a small-to-medium sized and difficulty project I'd imagine.
