Let Cyborgs cyle through hands with the middle mouse button

Heres another suggestion that doesn't warrant a whole thread:

1.) Let e-swords cut off limbs (I dunno if you can currently?)
2.) if you cut off someone's arm with an e-sword, it should auto-cauterize the wound.
