Here is a comparison. This (first image) is an apc which is still powered.Once unlocked using the electrician's ID, the status of every setting can be altered.
Here's the picture of the APC in the computer core. The power in the APC has run so low it has automatically turned itself off. I've unlocked the panel using an electricians ID but cannot change the status of any setting: Main breaker, lighting, equipment, environmental, and cover lock.
He imagines its still possible to dwaine them on/off open.
