As read. Unsure on the exact numbers, but a powered power hammer breaks a window in 8 blows, an unpowered one in 4. Powered and unpowered picks have the same problem. I can only assume this is the opposite of what is intended.

It's maybe also worth noting that hitting non-asteroids (e.g. windows, mobs,) with power tools does not deplete their cells at all.
