I swear that, since I got home on Friday, my housemates have averaged at least 12+ hours of TV a day.

I mean, I'm not one to be talking - I have me some pretty excessive habits too - but it's kind of draining to be around when I'm trying to make a concerted effort to unfuck my own shit.
