Gang Ideas

Idea: Gangs must make purchases for not just weapons, but clothing, armor, abilities, size etc.

Keep orginal gang size to two people, use points to purchase more slots for more people. Get gear built for increasing key aspects of your strategy. Do you get light armor and mobility upgrades for quick light squirmishes, or focus on heavy armor for tanking? Do you go for an elite group or overwhelming numbers?

Gangs start as equals, then morph into something more specialized
