Round start alert

I cant count how many times I missed the job roll because I was doing stuff elsewhere (Discord, forums, etc.) and forgot to click ready. Seeing how usually half the staff has to force themselves in I propose a little beep 15 seconds before the round starts to let people know it's time to get out of the character maker and time to play.
