If they are weak enough to degrade after removal then they should weak enough to be taken off faster. Makes Guard Buddies less of a pain in the ass and makes Sec cuffs a desirable upgrade (Yes I'm still salty about being kept in crit by Ol'Harner whilst hugging a brute box)
