Add a special trenchcoat that let's you hide a second person inside, stacked on top of each other.

One guy controls the movement, the other guy the hands. They can hand each other items

They have to be monkeys or dwarves though

Nah, it's a special oversized coat that's works for any two people. Monkeys and dwarfs can use any trenchcoat

Now I'm imagining that them taking up two tiles and being 32x64 like these beauts.
