Do a homemade pipebomb, add 1 piece of ripped-up cloth inside and 1 other item of your choice (suggestion : bike horn). This should do nothing but slightly damage the floor tile underneath it when it explodes.
(if you want the weakest possible bomb with no silly effect, add 2 pieces of cloth)
