New Traitor Item: Water Type

Idea: Give the air vents a hookup that at the start of the round has a nitrous oxide tank hooked up. The AI/whoever can trigger the flow to knock out traitors without harming them, and it’s easily avoided by carrying internals. A cunning traitor can replace the tank with whatever hellchem combination they want.
