Oh right i guess we're now voting on zewaka's peanut rule. Yea, i guess?
edit: I'm sure i could phrase this as a proposal but there's not much of a point since there isnt any rules established about who the admin is etc etc, would anyone be opposed to me putting the ruleset on google docs or whatever for space reasons and updating it there? Maybe not even as a replacement for the OP, but as a provisional thing since i have literally nothing to do in life
