Proposal of my own:
QUEST SYSTEM
A Quest Queue will be set up in the OP.
A player that submits a proposal MAY submit a quest, both of which are voted on separately using the rules for proposals.
A quest consists of a criterion, a reward, and optionally, a losing criterion.
A quest that passes is added to the bottom of the Quest Queue.
Every Friday, if there is not already a quest ongoing and the Quest Queue is not empty, the top quest in the Queue is activated.
When a quest is active, the first person to meet the criterion wins the quest. They receive the reward and the quest is removed from the Queue and deactivated.
Anybody who meets the losing criterion at any point while the quest is active cannot win the quest.
