Well, i was going to suggest using IRC or discord for this since it'd allow things to be less... temporally disjointed, for lack of better words? oh well
consider me in. Not much of a big deal if we decide to do this in another place either way.

My proposal is as such.
PROPOSAL 301
Eligible voters are given half a day's time (12 hours) to vote, starting with the initial vote on the proposition. Any vote on the proposition resets this timer. If the time for eligible voters to vote runs out, any eligible voters who have not already voted are disqualified from the vote. The results of the vote are then based only on the votes given.
