Blob Balance: Allow Ghost Drones to deblob the station?

Ooo, I like that idea now that we have the fluid system.

You should be able to scoop up the blob goo as a reagent and thicken it with some other thing like cornstarch to make fake/inert blobe that is easily destroyed. Hard to abuse since there would probably not be a blob goo source anywhere but dead blobs.
