Trivial Matter Eating held items with visible sprites doesn't remove them

Yeah, it's one of those things that just don't really matter? It happens with a lot of things. Cutting hair doesn't update the players sprite til they pick something up sometimes, monkeys will sometimes not turn into humans til the first time you jab them with a needle, people have to change clothes to show that they're missing limbs on their sprite, that kind of thing.

It's minor and doesn't really affect anything (outside of being more easy or hard to click on and even then, it's not THAT easily abusable), so it's not really worth doing anything about for the most part.
