QOL: change Vending Machine/Critter chat message colours

to this ^ ghosts have that thing where chat is bold if its near them, would that work for people? like local chat be bold, radio not? or maybe just real close local chat? and chat with your first and/or last name should be a different colour, i reckon. like a light blue?
