Let the QM order spare AI reset modules and upload terminal boards.

See title. In the current version of the game there is, as far as I am aware, no way to reset the AI if both reset modules and/or the upload terminal are destroyed. Letting the QM order spare resets and upload terminal circuit boards (both probably ID-Locked to the heads of staff) would give the crew a way to deal with subverted AIs without killing them if the reset modules are thrown in the crusher and the upload terminal pipebombed.
