One time I had a guy who was in crit with no defib so I told the AI to shock a door.
Pretty sure it worked.
Just make sure to carry some burn chems.
Tasers being used as a defib might be cool too.
I like ghetto medbay and in fact I think there needs to be more ghetto medbay.
For instance you used to be able to get drunk and then operate on yourself to remove bullets.
