Coders need to become more active again or add more coders. If they can't bring themselves to work on the game be it because they are busy or just dont care anymore then its time to pass the torch. More new admins need to be added as well if recent events say anything, or things need to change aka code releases so the community can have a easier time adding and working on things. Change is needed in my eyes.
