That aside, while it's not the same, I haven't heard anyone complain about not getting relevant code bits when requested.

I was unaware this was a thing. Seems obvious to 'just ask' really.

That being said, I am very interested in the code for the new crafts-system, but not in a 'I have a good idea but I need that code"-sort of way and more of a "Curious how it works and how to add new recipies"-sort of way. I think this is one of those places where specifically crowd-sourcing could really help flesh out the full potential for DIY-gear.

I definitely think community additions of stats/sprites/recipes would go a long way in making the crafts system and the fabricators way less terrible.
