(cog1) steal an RCD and load it with ammo. go to observatory, throw away the moncunt and dissasemble the wall in there.
in each corner, build walls so there are two 3x3 rooms with one line going in between them.
smack a tracking beacon in the MIDDLE (important!) of each one.
make sure there is 1 unbuilt wall face to face from the holding cells. place a table there.
go buy a deck of cards from the card seller near chapel.
grab a locker and fill it with 1 emergency suit, 1 gas tank, 1 fire extinguisher and a breath mask
now for the victims:
prefferably get something like a sleepypen or baton + radio jammer. grab cuffs.
go to the (non-science) teleporter and calibrate it to one of the tracking beacons in observatory
find an isolated person, pen them, walk away, but stalk them aswell. wait till they're down, handcuff, and completely strip. leave them with only their jumpsuit on.
hand-tele them into one of the holding cells.
go to teleporter, change tracking beacon to the other beacon in observatory
repeat above for victim and transport
OPTIONAL: grab a balaclava and a fancy suit, name yourself The Gamemaster
go to them
force the victims to play a card game of your choice for their lives, the winner gets all the stuff you put in a locker. to get out, they must break the window with the fire extinguisher and go through space. this depressurizes the room and kills the loser
