Claim: It's a pain in the ass to do.
Sure, I'd love (screened) releases. I think they'd be beneficial to the server's health. I'm just not sure who would be willing to handle the upkeep.
That aside, while it's not the same, I haven't heard anyone complain about not getting relevant code bits when requested. It's not like they bite.
