Minor Gibbed heirlooms stop being heirlooms

Earlier today I joined with a sweet eyepatch. I put it on, ate all of Huk's blood, and exploded. When I examined the eyepatch that flew off my bloodsplosion, it was just an ordinary bloody eyepatch! Maybe the bejewels flew off in the splash, but that shouldn't make it any less mine!
