make people's body parts act like shrapnel when they get gibbed

i disagree, i think it's better to have projectiles embedded in your body to make guns actually scary like they should be. however i think there should be a random chance whether or not a projectile is embedded cause it does get annoying if the detective is a traitor and goes straight for lethal rounds
