Making sure your mindslaves don't kill each other should be the antags responsibility. If they don't tell you the other is mindslaved, they probably don't care enough.

Mind slaves killing each other also tend to tie up loose ends, as people rarely check bodies for mindslave implants from an antag suspect and it's less people ratting you out if they're temporary.
