remove THC from the addict trait

you can't become physically dependant on cannabis, and i have never heard of anything like that happening to anyone and i am friends with a lot of marijuana enthusiasts. plus, i smoke it in game and never contract a chemical dependancy to it, so why should it be included in the addict trait?
