I'm procrastinating because I have no idea how I'm going to do these two

I guess give it the same effects as ageinium but stronger (like superhairgrownhium), and with an overdose threshold that gives you chances to develop one of several degenerative diseases. They could work with specific genetic mutations I guess too.
