Minor mining mechanic manipulations

It's actually kinda fucking hard for me to unfuck mining because at the moment I can't really think of any way to mine that doesn't essentially consist of click rocks, get rocks, put/send rocks. The extractor rigs were an attempt to undo that, and I think cog's mining pod stuff is another step in the right direction, but i'm not presently sure where else to go with it.
