Giving chemists some way to produce chems they find on the station would be nice, some thing like electronics. if you find some base material that isnt in the chem master you can insert it and produce as much as you want (like space fungus, tomato juice, wine, you know what im talkin about.)

there is a method to this already but it's one of those things chemists like to keep kinda secret cause it means you can make shitloads of really dangerous stuff (like nanomachines)
